By using topapp.homes or purchasing a listing, you agree to these Terms and the Rules. topapp.homes is a public leaderboard where an app's position is determined by its lifetime paid total.
Payments are made in whole US dollars with a $3 minimum. A completed Creem payment is added to the submitted app's lifetime total. Top ranks apps from highest total to lowest; equal totals retain their existing order. Positions can change whenever another app reaches a higher total, and no position is reserved for a fixed period.
Submitting the same Apple app ID or canonical website URL increases the existing listing's lifetime total instead of creating a duplicate. The checkout charge is the amount selected under “Pay now.”
Listings must represent a real, publicly available iOS or macOS app. Cross-platform apps may be submitted through their App Store listing or official HTTPS product website. Fake apps, impersonation, misleading duplicates, malware, deceptive downloads, unlawful products, adult content, and unrelated websites are prohibited. We may refuse or remove listings that violate these Terms or the Rules.
Payments are processed by Creem. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. A later rank change, fewer clicks than expected, or removal for a rules violation does not create a right to a refund.
Click counts are informational and may include repeated or automated visits. We do not promise traffic, downloads, sales, reviews, uninterrupted availability, a particular rank duration, or the accuracy of third-party app content.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, topapp.homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the leaderboard, a listed app, or a linked website.
