Overview

topapp.homes is a public, paid leaderboard for real iOS and macOS apps. This policy explains the limited information used to operate the board, process payments, synchronize public rankings, and measure outbound clicks.

Information We Process

• Listing information: the app URL, Apple app ID when available, name, description, icon, screenshots, seller name, lifetime paid total, rank, and public click count.
• Payment information: the checkout email, order status, payment amount, and Creem transaction identifiers. Card details are handled by Creem and are not stored by topapp.homes.
• Usage information: anonymous heartbeat timestamps and outbound listing clicks used for public statistics, reliability, and abuse prevention.
• Reference-board data: public app and activity information synchronized from topapp.lol and stored as a database snapshot so rankings are available on the initial page response.

Do not include private personal information in a public app listing.

How Information Is Used

We use this information to calculate rankings, add successful top-ups to an app's lifetime total, display the leaderboard, send visitors to listed apps, prevent abuse, maintain payment records, and provide support.

Sharing and Retention

Payment information is shared with Creem as needed to complete checkout and meet legal obligations. Public listing information is visible to anyone. Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, and operation of the leaderboard.

External Apps and Websites

Leaderboard entries link to Apple App Store listings and third-party websites. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective owners, not topapp.homes.
